Alaskan Fisherman — Conversion System

This site is the working reference for the German conversion workstream on the new React frontend. It bundles three pillars:

• Knowledge — the layered knowledge base: domain, semantic, product, method, architecture, archive. The single source of truth for what we know about the business, the funnel, and the product.
• Skills — reusable, tool-and-dataset playbooks (Data Master, Analytics MCP, conversion patterns, etc.) that get loaded automatically by Claude when relevant.
• Agents — persona definitions for the agentic system that runs on top of the knowledge and skills.

How to read

If this is your first pass, start at Knowledge → Domain and follow the read order described in the Knowledge index. Skills and Agents only make sense once Knowledge is in your head.

What’s not here

• Raw meeting transcripts and recordings (kept outside the repo)
• Day-to-day analytics numbers (those live in PostHog / GA4 / the Data Master spreadsheet)
• Implementation code (lives in sibling repos)
